6.2 miles round trip from the parking lot to Pancake Rocks and back. This assumes Pancake Rocks only – an extra mile and a half would be added to take in a side trip to see Horsethief Falls, which is a little over ½ mile from the fork where the trail splits, one way to Pancake Rocks, the other to Horsethief Falls.
